    Great content on here! A key point is that serious students will seek out mentors. Do not expect the mentors to come to you, you have to go to them. This hits on a characteristic of Medical Doctors which is we are Responsible for our actions. If a student chooses to or not to get a good mentor, that student will be responsible for the outcome whether it is desired or not.
